FOR ANY TYPE OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOU

MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL REGISTER RECIEPT

ALL RETURNS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS.

• All return merchandise must be in its original packaging with tags and in resalable condition.

• For health reasons, we are not able to return or exchange the following items: pet beds, pet crates, pet carriers and totes, e-collars, or pet grooming supplies. All sales on these items are FINAL.

• Pets Plus does not guarantee chew toys, all chew toys are final sale.

• No returns on livestock, aquariums, light bulbs or opened pet food cans.

• All flea & tick products or clearance items are final sale.

• Sorry, no cash refunds. All returns paid for in cash will be store credit only.
